Contact Policy

Contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the item in order to schedule an eligible refund. Item will then need to be mailed out within 3 calendar days after in order for us to honor the initial point of contact from the date you received it.

Refund Eligibility

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging when shipping back and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase attached to it. Refunds will be inspected and we will notify you once we have received your item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

 Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
